We are proud of the quality of our products. We stand behind every item we sell. If you purchased the item from SmithWorks Outdoors and are not satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a refund or exchange within 60 days with the return of the item.
Please call Customer Service 612-749-4660 or email us at customerservice@smithworksoutdoors.com before returning item. Some products require items to be sent directly to the manufacturer.
The refund will include any applicable sales tax, in the original payment method.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order.
For items damaged in shipment, please call Customer Service 612-749-4660 or email us at customerservice@smithworksoutdoors.com before returning item. Some products are covered by a warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
